By providing a loving family set-up and environment, Imani strives to help children understand that a background of poverty, vulnerability, abandonment and being orphaned is not their identity. Through this program we are able to identify each child’s unique and special talents and successfully develop and transform their talents through training and teaching them and this is done via education and mentorship. In addition to this, we provide emotional support, spiritual nurturing and most important tender care and love. In order to optimize the rehabilitative component in working with our children, we have specialized counselors who conduct group and personal counselling sessions.
